Warranty, shipping and returnsVyooham is in India beta / waitlist. We will not invent warranty months, courier SLAs, or return windows before hardware is sold under a real invoice. Here is what is true today.

Availability: Cloud Cam is in private beta in India. Sense is in development with an interest list. Units are not a general e-commerce SKU yet. Joining a list does not charge you and does not create a purchase contract.

Warranty and returns: Warranty length, DOA handling, and return eligibility will be stated on the order confirmation and product packing materials when you buy or receive beta hardware. Until then, treat any third-party “2-year warranty” style claims about us as unverified.

Shipping: Beta and early units ship within India under arrangements we confirm with each participant. Timing, carriers, and serviceable pin codes are communicated case by case—not as a national rate card on this page.
